Getting started: Consio phone revenue platform

Welcome to your Consio Campaigns overview!

Here you will have access to all your campaigns and performance Data including

  • Connection rates

  • Conversion rates

  • Revenue Generated


Create your first campaign!

1. Integrate your Shopify and Klaviyo accounts

Under Settings/Integrations, use the 1-click integrations installs for both Shopify and Klaviyo. Those are required to sync customer details and customer segments.

2. Access the configuration panel of your campaign​

A. Select any Klaviyo or Shopify segments


B. Select how many dial attempts you want on a segment


C. Define the hours at which your campaign can be executed. We consider the time of the recipient based on their local timezones


D. You will be able to assign a voicemail to be dropped automatically, by campaign step

Start by building an abandoned checkout campaign.

Consio will automatically create a segment in your Shopify instance, called Consio - Abandoned Checkouts - 15 days

3. Select the number of attemps to be made on contacts within that campaign

4. You can select a specific voicemail for each call attempt of your campaign

Drop the right voicemail for each call attempt as soon as you detect voicemail, then move seamlessly to the next call.

5. Build AI-Generated cue cards specific to your campaign

6. Review your Queued calls and Completed calls lists

Open the dialer to start executing your call campaign.

Let Consio prioritize calls in real-time, ensuring you focus on the contacts with the highest revenue or connection potential.

7. Within the Consio Dialer you will have acess to all your customers information including their active cart content, past orders, discount used, etc

8. Use the Timeline view to review all past interactions leading to a sale with your clients

9. Review your completed calls and call recording to provide Quality Assurance for your agents

10. Search and access any customer in your database to review past interactions and initiate off campaigns calls

11. Review your agent performance and revenue generated

Use your agents revenue to incentivize them with a bonus!

12. Create a phone number for your organization

You will be prompted to provide advanced business information in order to whitelist your phone number with the network carriers.

13. Define your inbound call routing settings to send the right calls to the right agents

14. Consio provides fully whitelisted phone numbers and Caller ID (CNAM)

Complete your business verification after you provisioned a phone number on your account.

15. Define your desired attribution models for calls connected

By default, Consio attributes any sales made within 7 days of a connected call with a customer.

16. Upload voicemail audio files in the audio library

Those files can be assigned within each campaigns to the section 'voicemail per call attempt'
