How Much Do Agents Cost?

Consio agent pricing: hourly rate, per-sale commission, your plan, and everything included at no extra cost.

Consio agent pricing is simple: an hourly rate for your agent, a commission when they close a sale, and your Consio plan. There are no minimum hours, no long-term contracts, and no setup or training fees.

What you pay

  • Agent hourly rate, $12 to $14 per hour. This covers your agent's working time: outbound calls, inbound calls, SMS follow-ups, and managing your campaigns. There is no minimum.

  • Per-sale commission, $5 per attributed sale. Charged only when your agent closes a sale we can attribute to them.

  • Your Consio plan, from $30 per month. This is what you activate to get started. It covers your phone number, call credits, SMS, and AI usage. Month to month, cancel any time.

Tip: You can start with as few as 2 to 3 hours per week to test the service before committing to more.

What is included at no extra cost

When you bring on an agent, all of this comes with the placement:

  • Agent sourcing and vetting. We find, interview, and present 2 to 3 qualified candidates matched to your brand. You pick the one you like best.

  • Brand-specific training. We study your website, product catalog, and brand voice, then build a custom training program so your agent sounds like part of your team.

  • Platform onboarding. We configure your campaigns, segments, call scripts, and dialer settings. No technical work needed on your end.

  • Starting call credits. Roughly $100 to $120 in credits, about 1,000 minutes, so your agent can start calling from day one.

  • Ongoing coaching and QA. Our operations team monitors call quality, coaches your agent, and shares performance updates with you.

  • Your Slack channel. A dedicated channel where you talk directly to your agent and our operations team.

How call time is charged

Your plan includes a pool of credits. Six credits equal one minute.

  • Human call time: $0.10 per minute

  • AI voice agent: $0.30 per minute of AI time. Because an AI-handled call also uses call time, a full minute of AI conversation costs 24 credits, about $0.40. The AI only starts billing once a call connects.

  • Unanswered calls: free

  • Calls under 30 seconds: a flat 3 credits

  • SMS: $0.016 per message

Important: Your plan credits cover the cost of making and receiving calls. Agent hourly and commission costs are billed separately from your plan.

Plan levels

  • $30 per month: your first phone number and a starting pool of credits

  • $60 per month: 2,400 credits, about 400 minutes

  • Custom: volume pricing for larger operations

Additional phone numbers are $9 per month each, with 540 credits included. Your first number comes with your plan.

We do the heavy lifting

Setting up a new sales channel usually means weeks of hiring, training, and configuring tools. With Consio that work is on us:

  • We build the training. A brand training program tailored to your products, policies, and sales approach, so your agent knows how to talk about your brand before their first call.

  • We set up the platform. Campaigns, segments, call scripts, voicemail drops, and dialer settings are all configured for you.

  • We coach your agent. Performance management, call quality reviews, and ongoing skill development are handled by our operations team.

Your part is simple: choose your agent, share your brand materials, and stay connected through Slack.

How billing works

  • Agent hours are tracked automatically through the Consio platform

  • Commissions are calculated from attributed sales, tied to your Shopify orders

  • Your dashboard shows a clear breakdown of hours worked, calls made, and sales attributed

  • Plan and usage charges appear in Settings, Plan and billing, updated live

No hidden costs

There are no setup fees. No charges for sourcing, training, onboarding, or campaign configuration. No penalties for pausing or stopping. You pay for your plan, the hours your agent works, and the sales they close.
