Who Are Consio Agents?

How Consio agents are selected, trained, and matched to your brand — and what to expect from a dedicated agent.

Consio agents are experienced sales professionals who are dedicated to your brand. They're not shared across dozens of clients or reading from a generic script. Your agent learns your products, matches your brand voice, and represents your company on every call.

How We Find Your Agent

When you activate agent services, our team begins sourcing candidates who are a strong match for your brand. Here's what that looks like:

  1. We identify candidates with proven sales experience, fluent English, and a track record in phone-based customer conversations.

  2. We present 2–3 profiles to you, each with a resume, experience breakdown, and voice assessment so you can hear how they sound on the phone.

  3. You choose the agent who feels like the best fit for your brand.

You can share preferences for things like communication style, accent, or personality — and we'll match accordingly.

What Makes Consio Agents Different

They're dedicated. Your agent works on your account, not juggling ten other brands between calls. They learn your product catalog, understand your customers, and get better over time.

They're trained before they start. Every agent goes through two levels of training:

  • Platform training — how to use the Consio dialer, read customer profiles, manage campaigns, and follow up via SMS

  • Brand training — your specific products, pricing, policies, brand voice, common customer questions, and sales approach

By the time your agent makes their first call, they know your brand well enough to sound like an in-house team member.

They're coached continuously. Our operations team monitors call quality, runs coaching sessions, and tracks performance metrics. You don't need to manage your agent day-to-day — that's on us.

What Your Agent Can Do

Your agent handles real, revenue-driving conversations:

Capability

Example

Recover abandoned carts

"I see you left a few items in your cart — can I help you complete your order?"

Handle inbound questions

"Let me check your order status — it looks like it shipped yesterday."

Upsell and cross-sell

"Since you're getting the serum, a lot of customers also grab the moisturizer."

Create draft orders

Building a Shopify checkout link during the call so the customer can pay immediately

Send SMS follow-ups

Texting a checkout link, discount code, or tracking update after the call

Leave voicemails

Dropping a personalized voicemail when the customer doesn't pick up

What Your Agent Sees During a Call

Your agent isn't calling blind. The Consio platform shows:

  • The customer's active cart (items, quantities, total)

  • Past order history

  • Available discount codes

  • Customer profile and contact info

  • Interaction timeline (previous calls, SMS, voicemails)

This context makes every conversation relevant. Your agent can reference what the customer was shopping for, what they've bought before, and what offers are available — without asking the customer to repeat themselves.

Your Agent Works Your Hours

Agent shifts are aligned to your customers' peak hours. Whether that's 9–5 EST, 10–7 CST, or a custom window, we schedule your agent when your customers are most likely to pick up the phone. Shifts can be adjusted based on performance data — if we see more pickups in the afternoon, we'll recommend shifting hours to match.

Tip: There's no minimum commitment. You can start with as few as 2–3 hours per week and scale up as you see results.
