How We Communicate — Your Dedicated Slack Channel

How your dedicated Slack channel works, who's in it, and how to get the most out of it.

Every Consio client gets a dedicated Slack channel. It's your direct line to your agent, the operations team, and everything happening on your account — no support tickets, no waiting on email.

Who's in Your Channel

Your Slack channel includes:

  • Your team — anyone from your company you'd like to have visibility

  • Your agent — the person making and taking calls for your brand

  • Consio operations — the team managing performance, coaching, and how your account is running

This isn't a generic support queue. It's a focused space where everyone involved in your account communicates in real time.

What Gets Shared

Your Slack channel is where day-to-day collaboration happens:

What you'll see

How often

Daily performance highlights (calls, connections, sales)

Every business day

Weekly revenue recaps and trend summaries

Weekly

Agent questions about your products or policies

As they come up

Proactive flags (low lead volume, scheduling gaps)

How to Use It

The more active you are in your Slack channel, the better your agent performs. Here's what helps most:

Share product updates. Launching a new product? Running a sale? Changing your return policy? Post it in Slack and your agent has the information immediately — no retraining needed.

Give feedback. If you listen to a call recording and want something handled differently, share the specific recording in Slack. The operations team picks it up and addresses it in the next coaching session.

Flag issues quickly. If something doesn't look right — a customer complaint, a process question, an unexpected charge — post it in your channel. Most questions get answered the same day.

Tip: Treat your Slack channel like an extension of your team. The brands that get the best results are the ones that keep their agent informed about what's happening in the business — new launches, seasonal promotions, inventory changes, customer trends.

Response Times

Your Slack channel is monitored during business hours by the Consio operations team. Most questions and requests are addressed same-day. For urgent issues, flag them clearly and the team will prioritize.

Getting Started

Your Slack channel is set up during onboarding. You'll receive an invite to join, and the operations team will introduce themselves and your agent. From there, it's your hub for everything agent-related.
