Consio + Richpanel Integration : How it works

Connect Consio with Richpanel: automatically create a Richpanel conversation for every completed call, post AI summaries and voicemails as messages, and give agents one-click access to the full call in Consio.

Updated over a week ago

Who is this for? Support and CX teams who manage customer conversations in Richpanel and want every phone call, inbound or outbound, captured automatically, with full context, without switching tools.

What you get

  • Auto-created Richpanel conversations for every Consio call (inbound & outbound)

  • Call details posted automatically, including:

    • Customer

    • Agent

    • Duration

    • Direction (Inbound / Outbound)

    • Phone number

  • Caller matched & attached to the customer profile/conversation when a contact exists

  • AI call summaries posted to the conversation as a message

  • Inbound voicemails logged as conversation messages

  • Missed call transcripts available in Richpanel

  • One-click deep link from Richpanel to the call in Consio

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to Consio

  • Admin (or permissioned) access to Richpanel to install/authorize integrations

  • A working Consio number or call flow for test calls

Step 1 - Install from Consio

  1. In Consio, go to Settings β†’ Integrations.

  2. Search for Richpanel.

  3. Click Install.

  4. Complete the Richpanel authorization flow and approve the requested permissions.

Step 2 - Make a test call

  1. Place a quick inbound test call to your Consio number (or trigger a short outbound call).

  2. Hang up after a few seconds; optionally leave a voicemail.

In Richpanel, confirm a new conversation was created. You should see three private notes:

  • "A new call was completed on Consio (click here to view call)" with customer, agent, duration, direction, and phone number

  • "Call was logged on Consio." with disposition and notes

  • "Call was summarized on Consio." with AI summary and next steps

Troubleshooting

No conversation created after a call

  • Re-open Consio β†’ Integrations β†’ Richpanel and ensure auto-logging/creation on completed calls is enabled.

  • Reconnect the integration (authorization may have expired).

  • Make sure the call fully completed (not just ringing / aborted).

Caller not attached

  • Make sure the phone number (and/or email) exists on the Richpanel customer profile.

  • Check number formatting (E.164 recommended).

Authorization / install issues

  • Sign into Consio first, then run the install flow again.

  • Confirm you have the right permissions in Richpanel to authorize integrations.

Security & Privacy

  • OAuth-based connection between Consio and Richpanel

  • Access tokens stored encrypted; revoked automatically on uninstall

  • Only the data needed to create/update conversations and messages is shared
