Before you start
Before submitting your porting request, make sure:
Your Aircall account is still active.
The phone number you want to transfer is active.
You have access to the billing information associated with your Aircall account.
You do not cancel your Aircall subscription before the port is completed.
Cancelling your Aircall account too early can prevent the number from being transferred.
Information you’ll need from Aircall
Prepare the following information before starting your port request:

Use the full Aircall phone number you want to port as the account number.
Example:
+1 416 555 0123
PIN / password
Use:
0000
Billing address
Provide the billing address associated with your Aircall account.
The information should match Aircall’s records exactly.
Proof of ownership
You may be asked to provide a recent Aircall invoice or billing statement showing:
Your company or account name
The phone number being transferred
Your billing address
You can usually find this information in the billing section of your Aircall account.
How to port your Aircall number to Consio
1. Gather your Aircall account information
Collect your phone number, account information, billing address, and a recent invoice before starting the request.
2. Make sure your number is active
Your number needs to remain active with Aircall throughout the porting process.
3. Submit your porting request to Consio
Start the number porting process with Consio and provide the requested Aircall account information and documentation.
Make sure all information matches the details registered with Aircall. Incorrect account information is one of the most common reasons for porting delays.
4. Keep using Aircall while the port is processed
Your existing number should continue working through Aircall until the transfer is completed.
Do not cancel your Aircall service while the request is being processed.
5. Wait for confirmation from Consio
We’ll let you know if additional information is required and confirm once the number has successfully moved to Consio.
How long does it take?
Number porting timelines can vary depending on the carrier and the information provided.
VoIP number transfers such as Aircall ports typically take around 1–2 weeks, although some requests may take longer.
Providing accurate account information and documentation from the beginning helps avoid delays.
Will my number stop working during the transfer?
Your number should remain active with Aircall while the port is being processed.
Once the transfer is completed, the number will become active with Consio.
Can I port multiple Aircall numbers?
Yes. If you have several Aircall numbers you want to move to Consio, they can generally be included in the same porting request.
Make sure you have the correct account details and documentation for every number you want to transfer.
Should I cancel Aircall before porting?
No. Keep your Aircall account and phone numbers active until Consio confirms that the port has been completed successfully.
Cancelling your Aircall service before the transfer is finished could cause you to lose the number or delay the porting process.
