A campaign that quietly runs out of leads is one of the most expensive problems on the platform, because nobody gets an error. The lists just get thinner. One brand lost two weeks of calling this way before anyone noticed. This article shows you how to catch it in two minutes.
How leads reach your campaign
Each campaign has its own sync job. On a schedule, that job pulls the members of your Shopify or Klaviyo segment into the call queue. Three separate things can break, and each one looks different:
The sync job gets stuck (most common)
The segment is empty (matches nobody)
The integration is disconnected (rare, loudest)
The trap to know about
The integration page can say everything is healthy while a campaign feed is dead. That is because the integration syncs your segment list daily, and that part keeps working. It is the campaign's own sync job that freezes. So always check the campaign, not just the integration.
Check 1: the campaign sync status
Open the campaign and look at its sync status and last sync time.
A healthy sync completes within minutes to a few hours. If the status has said "pending" or "in progress" for more than a day, the feed is stuck. Contact support with the campaign name. Restarting the sync is a quick fix on our side.
Check 2: the segment itself
Open the segment in Shopify or Klaviyo and look at its member count. If it is zero or tiny, the campaign is syncing perfectly and receiving nothing. Common causes:
Filters are too narrow (a date window that ended, for example)
A field the segment filters on was renamed, which silently empties it
The segment was rebuilt and the campaign points at the old one
Check 3: the integration
Only after the first two: go to Settings > Integrations and confirm Shopify or Klaviyo still shows connected.
Agents: the habit that catches this early
If your list feels thin, do not push through it. Check the campaign's last sync date first. The earlier a stuck feed is reported, the less calling time is lost. While it is being fixed, ask whether you should work from a manual list so the day is not wasted.
What to send support
Workspace name, campaign name, and the last sync date you see. That is enough for support to find and restart the job.
