If your company runs several stores in one Consio workspace, nothing about your login changes: you sign in once and work across all of them. No switching accounts, no second password.
How you know which store a call belongs to
You (or your team) can be in the routing for phone lines across any number of stores. When an inbound call comes in, the call pop-up tells you which store the call belongs to — so you answer with the right brand name before you say a word.
Numbers are typically named after their store, so the inbox, call history, and routing views read clearly too.
What the Shopify sidebar shows
The Shopify sidebar always displays data for the store where that customer exists. If the same customer has bought from more than one of your stores, the sidebar shows a tab per store — switch tabs to see each store's profile, with the most recent information up front. Each tab carries that store's own details: orders, amount spent, addresses, tags, and notes.
That means the orders, products, and prices you see are the right store's — you don't have to check which brand's catalog you're quoting from. The Customers list works the same way: it has a Store column, and you can filter it by store.
Your day-to-day stays in one place
One inbox and one contacts list — you load contacts and work conversations in one place rather than once per store.
Tasks and follow-ups — handled from the same workspace regardless of store.
Dialing — same dialer; the number you call from belongs to the store you're working.
Quick habits that help
Say the store's brand name on pickup — the call pop tells you which one.
Check the sidebar's store before quoting prices or looking up an order.
If a customer mentions an order you can't find, they may have bought from your other brand — check whether a second store profile appears in the sidebar.
