Multi-store reporting, FAQ & troubleshooting

Filter dashboards and live monitoring by store, plus quick answers and first checks when something looks wrong.

This article covers how reporting works across stores, then the first things to check when something looks wrong, then the questions every multi-store customer asks.

Filtering dashboards, inbox and live monitoring by store

The All stores filter on an analytics page

Every Analytics page — Live monitoring, Revenue, Calls, AI performance, and Messages — carries the same filter bar: a date range, an All stores picker, an All teams picker, and Add filter for more.

  • Revenue — attributed revenue, the conversion funnel, and revenue efficiency, scoped to one store.

  • Calls — call volume, talk time, answer rates, and busy-hour patterns for the store's numbers.

  • Messages — SMS and MMS sending analytics per store.

  • Live monitoring — watch active calls and agent status for one store at a time, so different teams can monitor the stores they own.

Each page also exports (Export, top right) with the filters you've applied.

How it works: the store filter uses the store's phone numbers — filtering to a store means seeing activity on the numbers linked to it. That's also why number hygiene matters: keep every number assigned to the right store and named after it, and your store-level reporting stays trustworthy. A number left unassigned (shared across stores) won't land in one store's view.

Lists like call history filter the same way: Add filter offers Store alongside Agent, Campaign, Direction, Disposition, Phone number, and Status.

The Add filter menu, with Store alongside Agent, Campaign, Direction and the rest

The All teams picker sits next to the store picker on every Analytics page, so a team that owns one brand can scope both at once: their store, their team. Live monitoring shows agent status and service level for whatever slice you've picked.

A note on attribution: attributed sales follow your attribution settings, applied per store's activity. If a store's numbers change, give the dashboards time to reflect the new assignment before comparing periods.

Troubleshooting

"My AI agent can't see a document."

Knowledge is store-scoped. Open Knowledge base and check which store the source is assigned to — it must match the AI agent's store, or be assigned to All stores. An agent on Store A never uses Store B's knowledge, by design. See Phone numbers, AI agents, and knowledge per store.

"My timezone looks wrong."

There are two timezones on a store's page. The one in the header is the store's detail — on a Shopify-connected store it comes from Shopify and is changed there. The Store timezone setting below it is what business hours, callbacks and analytics run on, and you set that in Consio. See Store settings.

"Where did my workspace business hours go?"

Business hours moved to the store level. Open your store under Settings > Stores — the Use business hours for this store toggle and the weekly schedule live there now. If you run several stores, each one keeps its own hours in its own timezone.

"A call showed the wrong brand."

Check which store the phone number is linked to (Phone numbers > the number > Store), and whether the number's name matches its store. A number with no store assigned is shared across stores, so calls on it don't carry one store's context.

"My campaign is pulling the wrong people."

Campaigns are assigned to a store and pull segments from that store's integrations. Check the campaign's store, and that the store's own Klaviyo connection (not another store's) is the one connected. See Adding a store.

FAQ

Do agents need a separate login per store?

No. One login covers every store in the workspace. Agents can be in the routing for lines across all stores, and the call pop tells them which store each call belongs to.

Can one phone number serve several stores?

Yes — leave the number's Store field empty to share it across stores. But an AI agent belongs to one store, so a shared number can't give AI full store context. If one public number must front several stores with AI answering, use an IVR that routes callers to each store's own line. See Phone numbers, AI agents, and knowledge per store.

Which number does each store text from?

The store's own numbers. SMS for a store sends from the numbers linked to that store, so customers see the number they already know.

Do we connect one help desk, or one per store?

One help desk connection per workspace — it shows a Workspace badge on the store page. If several of your brands live inside one Gorgias (or similar), that stays a single connection and you can reach all of them from Consio. Store-level integrations are the commerce ones: Shopify, Klaviyo, subscriptions, and returns.

Can several stores share one Klaviyo account?

Yes. Klaviyo connects per store, and several stores can share one Klaviyo account — each connection's profiles and segments stay with its store.

If a customer buys from two of our stores, do they have one profile or two?

The Shopify sidebar shows a tab per store where the customer exists, each with that store's own details, with the most recent information up front.

Can I delete a store?

Yes, from the Danger zone at the bottom of the store's page — but move its phone numbers and AI agents to another store first. Deleting disconnects its Shopify store.
